Owning a Stradivarius does not transform a beginner to a top violinist. Correspondingly, buying a Project Management Software does not magically transform a technical specialist to a skilled Project Manager.

Project management software applications must always be adjusted according to the project management maturity of the organisation. If the whole organisation does not have the skills, processes and structures to operate in project oriented way, the software tool will not provide the expected benefits.
