Project Institute helps you to increase your Project Management knowledge. The trainings provide practical support to the challenges of your work as a Project Manager, Steering Group member or Portfolio Manager.
We carry out both customer-specific and open trainings. Open trainings are held together with Excellence Finland. Courses are divided to four levels and they are based on international project management standards.

PIF educations levels are
PM Practitioner™ – practical basic skills in project management practices for beginners
PM Professional™ – for those whose objective is to become a professional Project Manager
PM Master™ – for experienced Project Managers in challenging or global projects, or those responsible for developing their organisations project culture
PM Business™ – for project owners, members of the steering group, program managers, or project portfolio managers.
